I own all the Hip Hop Ab's DVD's and just received the Rockin Body set which includes this workout DVD.
Those who are HHA users will notice this is more choreographed. It's much more dance like, very high energy. Shaun is very inspirational and encouraging as always. Rock your body will truly rock your body, it's tough, combining weights with cardio.
Hard core ab's is a real ab cruncher. Don't let the 10 minute time fool you.
Overall, I've used this 2 weeks (slightly less than the schedule) and have lost 7 lbs and 4 inches. It works.

ok, so i bought this video back in the beg of january, 2010 and started it in the middle of the month. i came on here and read all of the reviews before purchasing the video. i was ready to make a change in my life, but i have never liked working out where anyone could see me. in the last 8 years i've gone up and down in my weight. the times before when i lost weight it was always from running on a treadmill in the comfort of my own home. when i began this video i chose the "booty time" workout on this dvd since it was only 28 minutes long. i got hooked on doing just the "booty time" workout bc it's very intense, but much shorter than most workouts. i did "booty time" for around 4 times a week. when i started this work-out, i was pushing a size 14, by june, i was purchasing a size 6! i lost 40lbs in 6 months. it's now august, and i'm still doing "booty time" now only twice a week, and it's just as hard as it was the day i started it. in this workout you do a lot of lunges and squats, but in a dancing motion, so you don't notice it as much. i've lost weight running and such, but it took longer for results and i lost it in a different way, i looked alot different the last time i was in a size 6(def not as toned!!). it's a great cardio, but also does toning at the same time.. why not kill two birds with one stone! i am a huge believer in this workout and can't express how much it has changed my life. i really hope this review helps if you're trying to find a great way to lose weight. of course, you get as much out of it as you put into it, but he really gives you the right moved to trim yourself, fast!

"Workout Addict"
I'm a huge Hip Hop Abs 1 and 2 fan, but this one didn't do it for me, just like the other Rockin Body DVD. It's really dance move focused instead of core focused. Unless you're looking for more of a dance type workout, I'd go with Hip Hop Abs 1 or 2.

Whew!!! Don't let the 10 minute Ab workout fool you! The first time I did this routine, my arms ached for a week!!! What a great routine if you're pressed for time but want a total body workout. I highly recommend this DVD. Shaun T's Rockin' Body - 7 Workouts Set [DVD] & Extras - Beachbody

This is a great product. You will not be disappointed. If you love to dance you will be fine here. The real treasure in this DVD is the core routines. THEY WORK. If you do the work, you can 't go wrong with this one, you are going to see results. You will also notice that your body is stronger in general after a couple of weeks. I would definitely recommend this. 4 out of 5 stars only because I am funny when it comes to my music and I wasn't too impressed there, but this is still worth it. Luvz It!!
