THESE WORKOUTS TONE AND TIGHTEN YOUR BUNS AND ABS I HAVE NEVER HAD A FLAT STOMACH BUT KNOW I HAVE THE INFAMOUS 6 PACK ABS I WAS PROMISED. THANKS SHAUN! KNOW I WILL BE HONEST IT DOESNT HAPPEN OVER NIGHT, BUT WITH PERSISTANCE AND A CLEAN DIET YOU WILL GET THEIR. AND PLEASE UNDERSTAND I WAS NO WORK OUT GURU BEFORE I STARTED BEACH BODY. BUT KNOW I CAN SAY THIS PRODUCTS TRULY WORK.

I own a couple of home work out videos and was looking to mix things up a little bit. I first viewed the learn how to dance selection and thought I had made a major mistake in buying this video set, though it was fun, I assumed that the workout portion would be just as complicated. I was wrong though, it was fun easy to follow and my abs are definately feeling yesterdays workout.
I really feel that a video that lasts 23 mins long and the other video that is only 5 mins long should not have cost $40. Maybe $30 at the most.
That is why I have given this item 3 stars, the price is a little high for what you are getting, however this set does make a nice addtion if your looking to spice up your home work out routine.
