Great music DVD!Apr 21, 2007
By DRT I'm a real GE Smith fan -- even had the pleasure of taking a guitar workshop with him at Fur Peace Ranch last summer. I love this DVD. It's rather low-key and casual -- just like the man himself. If you love great music and great stories, youll love this movie. And the concert with master musician David Lindley is a wonderful bonus... drt

A great view into a great musicians musicians lifeAug 31, 2009
By Helmut Politz I like this guy and I think he's one of the most underrated musician and guitar players at all. It's very interesting to see the steps and stations this fantastic guitar player has gone through. Uunfortunately most people won't know him. But there are a lot of them. G.E. Smith has a great Country Picking technique as well he is able to play soulful solos. The Live Concert with David Lindley is a wonderful piece of music of 2 brillant guitar players. So people, buy it!
